Victoria Trenchless Sewer collects contact and project details you submit through forms so the request can be saved and answered. The form also records the page path, a referrer without its query string, and any recognized campaign or advertising click identifier. Lead records are stored durably in a protected central database; an internal notification may be sent through the configured email processor.

Brand-contact consent and provider-sharing consent are separate. Each form request records provider-sharing consent as false and delivery scope as central only. Name, phone number, property address, and sewer details are not sent to an independent service provider unless you later give separate permission. Personal information is not sold.

GA4 receives non-personal interaction events for form start, successful lead generation, and call clicks; form-field values are not included in those events. A same-origin call-assignment request may use campaign attribution and stores the assigned number in local browser storage.
